Meet the Owner
Founder, David Orgad, established Temperature Control Services in 1996. David’s expertise has been in the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration field for 25 years.
He has extensive experience working in a well-known air conditioning company in the Las Vegas area as a project and service manager. Like his previous employer, David’s Temperature Control Services (TCS) focuses primarily on commercial projects and handles all air conditioning and heating needs in the Las Vegas area.
Our Team
The TCS team prides itself on professionalism and honesty in every aspect of their job. The TCS company strives to give personal attention to each client on an individualized basis. Our “hands-on” problem-solving skills employed at TCS are essential in quick diagnosis and timely resolution to our client’s problems. We thrive on finding the perfect solutions for our clients.
TCS has a full staff of highly trained technicians. David himself is frequently on the job in various capacities, including performing personal diagnosis and repairs and overseeing and ensuring that all work is done to the client's satisfaction. The TCS team works hard to uphold its reputation and high standard of outstanding work ethic and performance.
TCS has the strength of a two million dollar liability policy and carries full workman’s comp for its employees. All of our employees are carefully screened and are always in TCS uniform when performing diagnosis and repairs on location. Our vehicles are fully insured and maintained in superb mechanical condition. They, too, will always bear the TCS name prominently and in plain sight.
Our Specialization
At TCS, we specialize in full-service contracts and preventative maintenance programs that can ensure longer and more reliable performance on all equipment – at an overall reduction in cost to the client, specifically in the areas of repair and replacement of parts or entire units.
We also specialize in big chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and water source heat pumps.
What We Offer
We offer excellent turn-around time upon receiving our client’s call, and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – unlike the standard nine-to-five, Monday through Friday work week observed by most companies in our profession.
